Materials: I take pride in the craftsmanship of each piece of Beach Bones jewelry.  Every stone is carefully selected and inspected to meet durability and sustainability standards.  I only use all natural, sustainably mined materials, sourced locally whenever possible.  All metal used is of the highest quality in its category, with the exception of some of the vintage chains.  All ear wires are hypoallergenic; made with sterling silver or gold fill.  A lot of my jewelry is made with brass and bronze, which naturally patina overtime like any metal, as it comes in contact with moisture or oils on your skin.  Though I love the look of aged metal I recommend, for best preservation, keeping brass and bronze jewelry in a sealed box or bag when not in use.  It is also possible to revive some of the original shine by polishing it with an all metal polishing cloth.  See “Jewelry Care” link for more tips on jewelry upkeep. 

Shipping: Your order will ship first class via USPS,  $5 domestic orders and $28 for international.  International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.  Please note we are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be incurred.  Unfortunately, tracking is only available for domestic orders and is included in the shipping cost.  Beach Bones Jewelry can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transport. 

Payment: Beach Bones accepts all major credit cards. Items are made to order, please allow 7 business days for production of your piece.  If you need an item sooner, please email beachbonesjewelry@gmail.com I will do my best to meet your schedule.

Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your order, jewelry may be returned up to 7 days after purchase for exchange or credit. Please email beachbonesjewelry@gmail.com about your request.  Shipping on returned/exchanged items is to be paid by the customer and must be sent back with tracking.  Any returned jewelry should be unworn and in its original condition.  Beach Bones is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  All jewelry purchased on sale is considered final sale.

Repairs: Repairs are done on a case by case basis.  Email beachbonesjewelry@gmail.com with photos of the piece for an estimate.
